Online Classes

Our LIVE ONLINE classes are similar to our in person classes, except they are completed from the comfort of your own home! We offer your favourite programs online - FITMOM 2B, FITMOM and Baby and FITWOMAN, as well as some new programs, such as Yoga Vibe, Restore FIT and FIT to Run. You'll still find our signature FITMOM moves along with an encouraging and supportive environment. You'll work at your own pace and are free to tend to your baby when needed, whether it's to feed, change or soothe them. 

Just like our in-person classes, you'll get a full body workout designed to improve your core strength, burn fat and build muscle. You can expect to see leaner arms, toned legs and smaller waistlines (when you’re not in our prenatal classes)!

We'll do a variety of baby-wearing and non baby-wearing exercises during our classes, so a structured carrier, mai-tai or non-stretchy wrap is recommended for our online mom and baby classes.
