ONLINE

Our Live-virtual Online classes are the perfect way to fit in your workout from the comfort of your own living room - no commute necessary! There’s something for everyone at these classes and the best part is that you can workout with your baby, your older children, your partner or anyone else that wants to share your screen at home with you! Most of our online classes are express classes, which means they aren’t longer than 30 minutes.


FITMOM 2B

Our FITMOM 2B fitness classes focus on improving muscular balance, cardiovascular endurance and core stability, so that women feel more energetic and strong throughout their pregnancy. Active and healthy pregnant women go into labour with an advantage that helps them endure the physical demands of delivery.


FITMOM STROLLER STRENGTH

FITMOM Stroller Strength classes are a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise and make new friends. An encouraging and supportive environment means that women can work out at their own pace AND tend to their baby when needed. Babies are often fed, soothed or changed during class in between mom’s exercises!


FITMOM & BABY

The FITMOM and Baby fitness class is the most popular indoor FITMOM class for women who want to workout with their babies. 

Each class is a full body workout designed to improve core strength, burn fat and build muscle. Exercise without the guilt, meet other moms in the community and have FUN!


FITWOMAN

Our FITWOMAN class is great for women who have returned to work or who are interested in a workout without babies. This quick paced class works to maximize metabolism by combining many different strength and cardio exercises suitable for all levels of fitness. Options for higher intensity or lower impact are always available.
